Hi,

In order to start Vmware services in a Vcenter, generally you will have to start all of them manually however, there are commands which can start/stop/list all services at once.

In VCenter server,

1.  Run command prompt using administrative privileges (Run as administrator).

2. Browse to  C:\Program Files\VMware\vCenter Server  \Bin\

ex: cd C:\Program Files\VMware\vCenter Server\bin

3.  Run this command to list the vCenter Server and/or Platform Services Controller services:
ex: service-control --list  

4. Run this command to start all services:
service-control --start --all  

5.  Run this command to stop all services:
service-control --stop --all
